Ali R. Jaffery

Ali represents the interests of U.S. and internationally-based primary insurers in the areas of cyber, D&O, and coverage litigation. In addition to advising insurers in connection with monitoring underlying litigation, providing coverage advice, and developing defense, resolution and loss containment strategies, Ali’s practice also includes the litigation of coverage disputes in state and federal court, as well as before JAMS and the American Arbitration Association. Ali also has extensive experience litigating complex commercial and employment matters in federal court and arbitration, and advises small to mid-size companies with in the areas of employment practices, compensation, and internal investigations.

In law school, Ali was a member of Law Review, Moot Court Association, Executive Board, Co-Author: 2014 Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Competition.
