Conner J. Eggers

Conner represents the interests of domestic and foreign primary insurers over liability in the areas of cyber/tech, employment practices, and management/D&O. From start to finish, Conner manages both first- and third-party claims, as well as regulatory investigations. He provides coverage analyses and works with various parties to coordinate the defense of Insureds, including defense and breach counsel, third-party vendors, and other professionals , and arrive at a final resolution. In addition to coverage, Conner also practices in the firm’s litigation department where he defends businesses in coverage disputes and employment practice related claims.

In law school, Conner completed internships with Colorado’s Second Judicial Court District, Supreme Court, and Secretary of State. In addition, he was an intern at the U.S. Colorado District Court.
Beyond practicing, Conner loves the arts: fine and performing. If he is not enjoying a beautiful day in the park with his two dogs, you can almost certainly find him at one of the newest museum exhibits in the city or catching a show.
