Fred is a founding partner of Kissel Straton & Wilmer. He represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, businesses and individuals on professional liability, including lawyers and medical, miscellaneous E&O, general liability, litigation, appeals, employment law and transportation law.
At New York Law School, Fred was an Articles Editor of the Law Review and the recipient of the Sylvia D. Garland Award for Excellence in Subjects Relating to Civil Litigation and the American Jurisprudence Awards for Legal Writing and Research, Civil Procedure, Corporate Reorganization and International Business Transactions.
