Jennifer R. Stivrins

Jennifer has been with KSW for more than 15 years with a focus on both U.K. and domestic insurance issues. She represents the interests of primary and excess insurers and reinsurers in a wide range of areas, handling the monitoring of underlying litigation and incidents and providing coverage analyses, as well as the drafting of policy wordings and endorsements. Jennifer is the firm’s go-to Media Liability attorney and she heads the firm’s Media Liability department. Jennifer is also well-versed in the Cyber and Tech spheres as well as Employment Practices Liability. Jennifer is a member of the Emerging Tech team at KSW, where her concentration is in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and she has obtained a certificate from MIT’s Sloan School in “Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.”

While at Pace Law School, Jennifer was a member and Articles Editor on the Pace law Review, a member of the Dean’s List, a Dean’s Scholar and received a Pace Law School Merit Scholarship.
