Kevin Almonte

Kevin represents the interests of U.S. and internationally-based primary and excess insurers in the areas of cyber liability, professional liability, employment liability and directors and officers liability. Kevin’s practice includes managing first party claims, third party claims, and regulatory investigations from inception to end; the monitoring of underlying litigation and incidents; risk assessment; providing coverage analyses; coordinating defense and breach counsel, outside vendors, and other professionals in developing defense, resolution and loss containment strategies, including responding to cyber breaches; and negotiating and achieving resolution of claims. His practice also includes the drafting of policy wordings and endorsements.

In law school, Kevin made the Dean’s List each semester and completed internships with the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Department, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Kevin was also a member of his law school’s mock trial team, wherein he competed in multiple trial competitions.
