Vito John Marzano

Vito represents the interests of U.S. and internationally-based primary and excess insurers in the areas of Cyber Security, Media Liability, and Directors & Officers Liability. Vito’s practice includes the monitoring of underlying litigation and incidents and providing coverage analyses, frequent interaction with defense and breach counsel, outside vendors, and other professionals in developing defense, resolution, and loss containment strategies, as well as negotiating and achieving resolution of claims. His practice also includes the drafting of policy wording and endorsements.
Vito obtained his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University as well as a Certificate in International Law. While a student, Vito externed for a Federal Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of New York as part of the Federal Judicial Honors Program; was a Research Assistant for two professors; served as President of the Lambda Law Society; participated in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition Moot Court Team; and served as the Executive Productions Editor for the Pace International Law Review, in which his student submission was published.
